Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your content is yours, and your domain is registered for your business. If you ever move on, we transfer the domain to you at no charge.
What if I don’t like the design?
You get two rounds of changes, and you have a 7-day satisfaction window before launch. The details are spelled out in plain language in our agreement.
Do I need the hosting plan?
No. The Hosting & Updates Plan is optional. It’s there if you’d rather not deal with the technical side, and you can cancel anytime. It’s $39/month, or $429/year (one month free). The yearly plan has a 14-day full refund after the first plan year starts; renewals are non-refundable, and after 14 days there’s no refund, but your site stays live through the year you’ve paid for.
How do I pay?
Through a secure online invoice. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
How long does it take?
Your site launches within 5 business days after the agreement is signed and payment is received, as long as we have your photos and details.
Can you update my existing site?
Yes. Tell us what you have now and what’s not working, and we’ll recommend a refresh or a rebuild, whichever makes more sense.
